We will respond within forty-five (45) days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written authorization.

You may opt out of marketing communications from Khione Thermal at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at admin@khionethermal.com with your preference. Please note that we may still send you transactional and account-related communications even if you opt out of marketing.
